By accessing or using Tiny Gallery (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Products & Orders
Tiny Gallery sells AI-generated wall art prints. All products are made to order and produced by third-party printing partners. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. AI-Generated Content
Artwork on Tiny Gallery is generated using artificial intelligence models. While we make every effort to produce high-quality, child-appropriate imagery, AI outputs may occasionally vary. Each generated image is unique and may not be exactly reproducible.
4. Intellectual Property
When you purchase a print from Tiny Gallery, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to display the artwork. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the artwork. The Tiny Gallery brand, website design, and content are the property of Tiny Gallery.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your provided payment method.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Tiny Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the shipping carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We will replace any product that arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, provided you contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tiny Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
